Facing the Fear

You have to face the fear,
Look it square in the eye (like the eye of a storm),
and let it see your soul.
You have to stand strong,
Your body steady and agile (like the waves of the sea to the shore),
and be relentless.
You have to take the fear by the throat,
And give it a light squeeze (like releasing the juice from an orange),
and let it be warned.

If only I had the heart.
